I dug more into the company fundamentals, and this one essentially has all the right boxes checked.

This company is doing splendid things for both their shareholders and clients.

Being approved with these specific terms of the credit line shows that the company is healthy financially and also shows that they value their shareholders instead of selling a ton of shares in a dilution approach.
