It's nice to know that the CEO wants to keep the customers happy though.

Everyone gets their phones out and starts filming, then sharing on social media/sharing with friends and family etc.. Free advertising and brand awareness for NIO and an amazing customer experience for the user.

Oh well, I didn't buy the shares to get rich quick & never invest money which I expect to need for the next 5 years + They have good ideas, beautiful cars & seem to create loyal customers.
