Seems they are really doing badly in terms of efficiency , cost to mine onew BTC which is now at 20,000 to mine one BTC, they are diluting, and revenue has dropped from 48 million quarterly to just 11 million.

If that seems to be unprofitable/unhealthy due to low Bitcoin prices and high overhead and costs, why would you think they Will survive ?

The cost of mining going forward is cost prohibitive with the cost of electricity.
